Delivery time applies from when the order has been processed not from when the order had been placed. You will be notified when your items have been dispatched. Please allow up to 3-5 days processing time for all orders. (Weekends are not business days) You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail. We are not liable if any packages are lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your carrier to file a claim.
