Exchange Policy
At S Label we offer an Exchange Only Policy, please e-mail us at customerservice.slabel@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return within 14 days from the date it was originally shipped out.
- We will e-mail you back with an address to return your parcel, please fill in all sections correctly.
- Prior to shipping, please ensure all items you wish to return are in perfect condition as we will not accept items that are worn or damaged, or out of the original package.
- Remember the cost of shipping return item(s) is the customer's responsibility and note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We kindly ask you ship your package back to the address provided in the e-mail. Please note we are not liable for any returns lost in transit. Once we have received your return, we will e-mail you to confirm we have received the order, you will then receive the exchange 2 business days after we've received the returned package.
